David is the immediate past Chairman of the Business Continuity Institute, Chair of the BCI Risk and Audit Committee, a founding director and past Vice President of the Business Continuity Institute (Australasia) Ltd, past BCI Queensland State Representative and he co-founded the Queensland BCI Forum in early 2003.

He is a founding director of JBTGlobal Corporate Advisory, a graduate of IT and Commerce and a Fellow of the Business Continuity Institute. He has a business management background and is a Certified Workplace Trainer and Assessor. Over the last 20 years he has provided contingency and recovery planning, information audit, security and risk management services to a range of public and private sector organisations globally. These include financial institutions, airlines, logistics, health care providers, transport, governments and telecommunications providers.

He has a strong background in event based contingency planning and regulatory initiatives such as those driven by international banking supervisors. He is an accredited Business Continuity Trainer
David has held executive positions in the Financial and Services sectors with global responsibility for Risk Management, Business Continuity, Compliance, Insurance and Information Technology. He is also a key Business Continuity advisor to several federal and state government agencies.

David is a regular speaker on business continuity and risk management. He has country specific experience in the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, PNG, Middle East, SE Asia and the Pacific region.

Paul is a founding Director of JBTGlobal and has more than 30 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors, including operational and senior Executive level appointments. His professional expertise is in the areas of organisational resilience, emergency, crisis and business continuity management, corporate security, counter-terrorism, intelligence, compliance auditing, capacity building, policy development and training.

Paul is a key adviser to government and industry and is in demand as a key note speaker, facilitator and mentor. He regularly presents to a number of international and domestic forums and has in-country experience in the USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region.

Paul has provided professional consulting services to all levels of government and private sector organisations globally. These include major clients in health, aged care, Defence, banking and finance, telecommunications, surface transport, aviation, maritime, critical infrastructure, oil and gas; logistics, travel, education, taxation and legal.

Paul is a recipient of the Order of Australia for his meritorious service and substantial contribution to the National counter-intelligence and security effort, particularly in the areas of planning and conduct of counter-terrorist operations and training. Paul has also received a number of coveted industry awards, including the BCI Global and Australasian Continuity and Resilience Consultant and Australasian Industry Personality of the Year.
Paul holds tertiary and post graduate qualifications in business, personnel management and information analysis. He is a Fellow of the BCI, BCI (Australasia) Ltd Board Director, BCI Queensland Area Representative, and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is also an accredited BCI Trainer and ISO22301 Lead Auditor.
